Professional Course for Next Gen Games

This course is designed by some of the award-winning companies like Microsoft, Sony, Double Negative, MPC, Blue Zoo, Ubisoft, Centroid, Imaginarium and Framestore. The purpose of the NextGen Level 3 Diploma in Games, Animation and VFX Skills is to make the participants ready for the industry with the required knowledge and skills ideal for the work area. It lays a foundation for design, art, computing and math skills in the students. Sunderland College is one of the four institutions approved to deliver this education in Next Gen Games in the United Kingdom.

Who Can Apply for the Course?

The course is ideal for 16-18 years and above 19 years of learners. The student needs a minimum grade of C/4 in English and Mathematics and also possess a passion for animation, VFX and computer games, self-motivation and strong IT skills.

Apart from the most relevant and up to date content compiled by the leaders in the industry to stimulate the real work environment, the course delivers access to live briefs and industry mentors. The briefs are created by industry leaders in the sectors covered in the course.

In a course of two years, the students develop a specialized mastery in Next Gen Games to cater industry needs and are ready to work in the sectors.
